Terry Rosiak

Terry Rosiak: Terry Rosiak has shown her works throughout the state of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She has been accepted to exhibit in the prestigous Phillip Mill Exhibition - one of the toughest photography juried shows to be accepted. She is a member of TAWA (Trenton Artist Workshop Association) where she is Treasurer. Rosiak is an accomplished photographer whose work has been published both locally and internationally. Her works have been included in several editions of Best in Photography Annual and Photographers Forum Magazine. She holds several awards to her credit and frequently give workshops and seminars on photo printing techniques to both amateur and professionals. Terry’s visionary strengths combine her love of painting with her love of photography. Rosiak’s love of photography is evident throughout her imagery. Both the images she captures and prints, and the quality of the hand coloring technique she applies show the experience of a true crafts person, yet, also show the talent of a an accomplished artist. The colors she adds to her silver print photographs are soft and clean, giving her images a warmth not normally seen in black and white photography. Terry’s images are first captured on film, then printed on to photographic paper , some with textures. After the prints are dry, she applies color in oils, inks, pencil and pastels to each piece - making each print - even an edition run of an image - unique and one of a kind.
